Main objective is to secure professional teachers to provide education to the children in the school in Norway, Kenema Province.

The teachers which have been teaching the children are volunteers and do not get payment for their services. Only the headmaster of the school is currently paid. The project has facilitated funds so as to send the teachers to be trained in the nearby town of Kenema (week classes) and they will obtain a recognised certificate as public school teachers.

EWB-DK provided funding for the training of teachers.

The project contributes to quality education in compliance with the current UN Sustainable Development Goals.
